Workplace Disputes – Who to turn to?
If you have a problem in the workplace, be it a complaint, a dispute or dismissal, we recommend that you seek legal advice. While you are not compelled to use the services of a solicitor, it can be immensely beneficial in areas such as witness statements and advice. Often your solicitor will work with your union, if you are in a union, to help resolve the situation. At Howell & Co. we have experts in employment law, who can guide, advise or represent you in any employment dispute. We represent employers and employees, so we have the experience needed to see the whole situation. We also have the knowledge and skills to help you get the best outcome in relation to your employment problem. If you need help in dispute resolution, be it formal or informal, we are there to help.
All employment disputes are now dealt with by The Workplace Relations Commission. This is designed to give people one route for their complaint. Employment law can be complex and employment disputes can be extremely stressful. At Howell & Co. we work closely with clients to help them find their way through all aspects of dealing with the Commission in relation to their case.
We can help you in a large range of areas, including:
- Bullying in the workplace
