New Data laws came into force in Ireland and Europe on the 25th May 2018.
What is GDPR? The General Data Protection Regulation is a regulation in EU law on data protection and privacy for all individuals within the EU and the European Economic Area. It gives greater power to regulators to penalise organisations who mishandle personal data or who are not transparent about how they use personal data. It also gives EU citizens more control over their personal data. The main rights for EU citizens are the Right to Access, Right to be forgotten, Breach Notification and Data Portability.
Please refer to our Data Protection and Privacy Statement for information on how and why we collect, process and store your personal data.
